The photograph was taken on the farm Dina which is situated about 100 km south of Sossus Vlei in Namibia. The red sands of the Namib Desert are ever encroaching on the vegetation as they move eastwards, powered by the prevailing winds. In this late morning light, the clouds are a rare sight in an ever-hope for rain from the Namibian sky.
